"Location was good. One block back from the beach and one block back from the Hotel Negresco. Close to the "Blue" tram-line and easy walk (5 - 10 minutes) to the main restaurant district which was further up the Rue de France, and Place de Messena for the shopping and the transfer to the "Red" tram-line. Air-conditioners worked very well and was needed. Very convenient to have the Super U supermarket and the local Boulangerie and the bottom of the building."

"Nothing too serious, but just be aware that across the street the local church has a "soup Kitchen" for the local homeless people, so there are some homeless people around, but did not cause us any worry. Building and the apartment is a little dated, but this is reflected in the price. Slight issue with the drain from one of the airconditioners at the start, but this was fixed straight away, so all good there."

"Fantastic location. Walking distance to main spots in Nice. About a 7 minute walk to the train that goes to the airport and to Port Lympia. Bus stops nearby. There is a grocery store a 2 minute walk away. Many restaurants within a 10 minute walk and many different stores, including galleries Lafayette literally across the street. In the apartment, the air conditioning worked great, the apartment was spotlessly clean, wifi also worked great, no issues with video calls or streaming. The kitchen has a dishwasher, big fridge, washing machine, oven, pots, pans etc.The bed was comfortable, the sofa bed was also comfortable. Nice hot water in the shower."

"I think the apartment renovation was not quite finished, there were a lot of small details to be completed : the side lamps in the bedroom didn't work, the bedside tables were not properly installed and couldn't be used. In the bathroom, there was no holder for the toilet paper. There was not a single place to hang clothes, not a clothes bar in the closet, not even a wall hanger. The curtains in the bedroom do not block any light, the ones in the living room are a bit better. I wonder if they should be swapped. Although there is a washing machine, there is no clothes rack to hang them to dry afterward. I used the towel warmer in the bathroom. All these are easy to solve. The apartment was on the third floor. There is a gym on the first floor and the exercise classes are so loud that you can hear their music in the afternoon from inside the apartment. Probably not a problem if you are going to be out most of the day."
